Over-time your site will need attention. We can support you in making sure these imperfections are found and fixed as quickly as possible with our maintenances plan. This plan is for your peace of mind.
So whats included?
- Monthly review to update your site with the latest WordPress + plugin updates
- Scheduled clean-up and optimisation of your database.
- Continual testing of your forms and campaign manager set-up
- Testing of all payment set-ups and shop functionality
The number of hours we spend is up to you. Please feel free to contact us for an opinion on how many hours you’ll need. We recommend for most sites that you start with 4 hours.

We then provide you with a monthly report on each item’s performance and let you know about any of the fixes we have applied and any recommendations on how to improve your website.

The checks, tests and updates we complete as part of our package are as follows:
WordPress updates
Ensure you are running the most up to date version of WordPress, theme update support
Plugin updates
Update and ensure you are running the latest version of all used plugins
Checks and tests
Check and fix all your frontend styles and functions, Optimise each page, along with content and images.
Run pagespeed insights
We will ensure your site is as fast as possible by completing a page speed check & fix if it is below 90% (if it can’t be fixed we will make recommendations)
Google Analytics
Setup Google Analytics and use it to identify issues that need to be worked on.
Search engine optimisation
Utilising the google search console and SEMRush we can identify any issues that Google has found and determine which keywords are currently indexing the site.
Full site scan
Run a full site scan: Check for broken links, Monitor website traffic, Record user interaction.
Smartlook
A pre-emptive strategy for bug fixing and continuous improvement. Smartlook provides us with recording users to capture bugs and issues.
Recommendation
To get started select the number of hours you would like us to work on maintaining and optimising your site every month. Depending on the size of your site, our recommendation is 4 hours but if we think you need more or less we will get in touch and let you know.
